SWANTEC provides consulting service to industry for resistance spot and projection welding to support weldability evaluation of material combinations, design and optimization of electrodes, weldability lobe and optimization of process parameter settings and trouble shooting etc. A project proposal and a quotation will be forwarded to the customer within three working days after the request and initial discussions with the customer. The project work and report will be completed and delivered to the customer on time. SWANTEC will guarantee the confidentiality of industrial cases and information upon requirement of customers. Technical support to software users: Technical support is provided to the users of SORPAS® free of charge by e-mail, telephone and fax, not only to support software applications but also to help discussing and solving welding problems in resistance welding. Seminars and training courses: SWANTEC also organises training courses and seminars on applications and advances of resistance welding.
