Consulting services

SWANTEC provides consulting service to industry for supporting welding feasibility studies, product developments, process parameter optimizations, and welding problems trouble shooting.

A project proposal and a quotation will be forwarded to the customer within three business days after the request and initial discussions with the customer. The project work and report will be completed and delivered to the customer on time. SWANTEC will preserve confidentiality of industrial cases and information upon requirement of customers.

Technical support to software users:

Technical support is provided to the licensed users of SORPAS® free of charge by e-mail, telephone and fax, not only to support software applications but also to help discussing and solving welding problems in resistance welding.

Seminars and training courses:

SWANTEC also organizes training courses and seminars on applications and advances of resistance welding.
