Our objective is to help customers to solve their welding problems
with professional applications of numerical simulation and optimization.
In order to speed up communications, we would like to mention a
few details as follows:
- Technical questions
Customers can forward us their questions regarding how to understand
or how to model their welding problems. We will help to interpret
the welding problems and prepare the simulations if needed. A
sketch drawing of the weld combination is helpful for us to quickly
suggest a solution.
- Material properties
SORPAS® has a built-in material database with properties of
most commonly used standard and new materials. If the customer
still encounters a material which is not included in the database,
please forward us the chemical composition and any available properties
of the material. We will try to find the material data or if necessary
to test the material properties for the customers (at a consulting
service charge).
- Simulation problems
If the customer has any doubt regarding the simulation results
or encounters problem running a simulation, please don't hesitate
to forward the problem or comment to us. When forwarding a simulation
problem, please remember to attach the input data file (*.dat)
with your e-mail. We will examine the problem and reply quickly.
- Comments on improvements and future developments
We always enjoy enthusiastic discussions with customers and appreciate
their constructive suggestions on improvements and future developments
of SORPAS®. This has been the backbone and encouragement of
our customer-oriented developments to continuously satisfy the
requirements of industrial applications.
