For the 6th time, SWANTEC once again participated as an exhibitor in the world’s largest quadrennial welding fair, SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN, the Essen Welding Show 2025, at Messe Essen in Germany.
We showcased the cutting-edge innovations and industrial applications of SORPAS®:
- Simulations of resistance welding and mechanical joining.
- Powerful digital optimizations of spot welding.
- Real-world case studies and hands-on exercises.

Building on the widespread industrial adoption of SORPAS® welding simulations and our commitment to digital transformation of the welding production toward Smart Factory, we are continuously advancing the integration of digital optimizations into spot welding production:
- For planning new production lines: Saving up to 80% time and costs through digital optimizations before launching serial production.
- For optimizing existing production lines: Elevating production stability and quality consistency through digital optimizations to eliminate defects like spatter/expulsions and bad welds, thereby achieving robust production of high-quality welded joints.
